ListingsHow do I create a listing? If you are new to Appraiser Universe and do not have an account, Click "Submit Listing" in the Appraiser's Menu. If you have created an account already, but did not create a listing, Login to your account by clicking "Appraiser/Member Login" After logging in, Click "Add Listing" on the Options Menu.
How do I edit my listing? Login to your account by clicking "Appraiser/Member Login" After logging in, Click "View/Edit" under the Manage Heading. Now click "Edit Listing"
How are the listings displayed? Listing are sorted, based on "Membership Level", then listings are displayed in Random order within that level to give each appraisal company equal exposure.
Coverage AreaHow do I edit my Coverage Area? Login to your account by clicking "Appraiser/Member Login" After logging in, Click "Edit Coverage Area" under the Coverage Area Heading. To Add a Coverage Area, Select the Drop-Down and begin typing the name of the State until you find the State you want, then select the new coverage area from the list. To Delete a Coveage Area, Press the Delete button beside the Coverage Area name.
MembershipHow do I upgrade my Membership Level? Login to your account by clicking "Appraiser/Member Login" After logging in, Click "View/Edit" under the Manage Heading. Click the Drop-down under "Upgrade:" and select your desired Membership Level. Then proceed to the payment area.
