Where you appear on any particular search result is directly related to your membership level.

Example:

The "Basic" listings will always appear Lower in a search result than any other membership level.

The "Premier" is the Highest membership level and will appear higher in a search result than any other level. You will also become a "Featured Appraisers" that is seen on all pages.

What is Required of you?

• You must be fully licensed as a real estate appraiser.
• You must have a valid appraisal license for all states you service.
• You must be able to provide your appraisal services in a prompt, timely, ethical manner.
